I signed up for an account in November 2023 made a purchase. I must have been logged into my other email (this email)upon asking for information on a custom crewneck. I then purchased said crewneck not realizing I wasnt logged in. I earned rewards for that purchase and asked if they could be combined with my original account. Was really misleading on what I was told. I've since purchased two more times since and paid for two shipping and once received everything was in one package? So now I have two accounts with rewards that I will probably never use.
